As per policy we require that you send a few samples to us for inspection and validation of the issues.
Our quality control department needs to inspect and verify that the complaint is valid. From there we will be able to determine if a reprint or credit voucher is able to be initiated. The best thing to do is send an e-mail so that we can have the initial complaint documented into our ticketing system.
From there, further instructions will be issued if we require you to send to send us a few samples back for validation.
