If your file does not pass our preflight department you will receive an email letting you know your order has had a status change. The status change will appear in your account as “File Error”.
Our prepress department notifies us about these issues and we send you out an additional e mail with more information about how you can go and fix your file so that it matches our artwork requirements.
We will only contact you through e mail regarding these preflight issues so please ensure that eprintfast/eprintagent emails are not going into your spam folder. It is important that these issues are resolved or your order will remain rejected until a new file is received.
No emails will be sent out if your file has been approved by our preflight department.
Please note that we work on a very automated system which in times may not catch all errors. It is up to the client to ensure that the file is set up to our artwork requirements and all design elements are correct. We do not proof your artwork for spelling mistakes, design elements etc.
